Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols and monitor premises to detect and prevent suspicious activity.
- Control access points, verify credentials, and ensure only authorized personnel enter secured areas.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
- Document occurrences accurately by completing detailed reports and incident records.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations while providing excellent customer service.
- Perform preventive maintenance on security equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, law enforcement, and emergency personnel as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate clearly in both English and Spanish.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License (required).
- Valid Florida Driver's License with reliable transportation.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to operate smartphones and security technology for reporting and communication.
