Women's Health Resource Coordinator

The Women's Health Resource Coordinator will:

• Perform the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of services and community education related to Women's Health needs.
• Work independently in coordinating the WHR education initiatives, WHR Data Reporting, and developing new programs.
• Collaborate with other community agencies to develop special projects.
• Utilize excellent oral communication and social skills to support the achievement of hospital initiatives.
• Partner with the marketing team to assure communication of consistent message, and when possible, utilizes classes/events as a marketing vehicle

Position details:

• Location: St Joseph's Women's Hospital/Hybrid
• Status: Full time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other
• On Call: No

Education:

• Associates Degree Nursing Required
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree Nursing Preferred

Licensure and Certifications:

• RN License Required
• BLS Required
• CAPPA(Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association) Preferred
• CLC(Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice) Preferred
• IBCLC(International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners) Preferred

Experience:

• 3 years Clinical Related Experience Required
• 2 years Program Development Preferred
• 1 year Management Preferred
