Women and Children's Respiratory Therapist III

Neonatal Pediatric Respiratory Therapist - RT3 will provide advanced respiratory care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients within Women's and Children's services. Responsible for delivering high-acuity clinical support, managing specialized respiratory equipment, and collaboration with physicians and nursing teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care. The role requires technical proficiency, sound clinical judgment, and a strong commitment to patient and family education.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 Year Respiratory Care Program and has achieved CRT-RE, CRT-MRE or RRT status and completion of NBRC requirements for RRT.
• Licensed as RRT in the State of Florida and active credential for RRT.
• Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience, with required experience in NICU/PICU.
• Must have Certifications - ACCS or NPS, BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP
