Responsibilities
- Vehicle reconditioning - Inspect, diagnose, and repair pre-owned vehicles to meet retail-ready standards.
- Multi-brand mechanical repair - Perform mechanical work across all makes and models.
- Repair order execution - Complete assigned work accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Quality and safety verification - Ensure all vehicles meet internal quality and safety requirements.
- Documentation accuracy - Maintain clear and complete records of all work performed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience - Reconditioning, general repair, or similar role.
- ASE certifications preferred - Demonstrated commitment to professional standards.
- Experience in a comparable position - Prior reconditioning or multi-brand mechanical experience required.
- Strong diagnostic capability - Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of systems.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Dealership experience not required
