The Transplant Nurse Coordinator responsibilities include:
- Providing coordination through all phases of patient care.
- Planning, directing, providing, and documenting patient care.
- Assisting in coordinating comprehensive care for patients which includes assisting with the consent process, data collection and arranging any required follow-up visits, referrals, testing, treatment and long-term care follow-up.
- Working with interdisciplinary team to coordinate on-going care.
- Making referrals to external clinicians or treatment programs or community resources as appropriate.

- Florida RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
- Nurse Specialty Certification within six months of hire is required.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing is required
- At least two years of recent and related clinical experience
