Walpole, Inc.'s Tampa Terminal needs a semi fleet/heavy duty Tire Technician. This position will repair and replace tires and must be able to identify irregular wear on tires. Minimum Requirements: <ul><li>Requires at least one (1) year semi fleet and/or heavy-duty tire experience</li></ul> Job Description: <ul><li>Tire installation and removal: Mounting and dismounting tires on and off tractor wheels, using tools like tire changers and lug wrenches</li><li>Tire Repair: Patching or plugging tire punctures, replacing valves, identifying tire issues</li><li>Tire Maintenance: Wheel alignments, rotating tires</li><li>Inventory Management: Maintaining tire inventory, ordering new tires and keeping track of stock</li><li>Safety and Compliance: Ensuring a safe work environment, following safety procedures, and adhering to company policies</li><li>Roadside Assistance: Providing assistance to drivers with flat tires or other tire-related issues</li></ul> What are you waiting for?
