Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of termite control route.

• Maintain production and utilization standards.

• Inspect, diagnose and discuss the scope of services recommended to the customer based on findings. Provide education about the prevention of termites.

• Apply termiticides to pre- and post- construction structures according to specifications, safety procedures and label instructions.

• Communicate with customers regarding services provided, answer any questions they have and look for opportunities to cross-sell additional services.

• Complete all required production documentation in Pest Pac.

• Adhere to all safety protocols related to the position including but not limited to wearing all required and OSHA compliant personal protective equipment and respirator.

• Responsible for maintaining clean and proper working tools. Perform weekly inspections and report any incidents of damage to supervisors.

• Follow all Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (DACS) regulations related to applications of pesticides, securing product to prevent hazardous exposure to others.

• Follow all Turner Pest Control incident reporting policy related to vehicle accidents, workplace injury, property damage and hazardous materials accidents.

• Maintaining an 85% or higher quality assurance and driver score.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 19 years of age.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Clean driving record for vehicle insurability.

• Complete all required training to obtain and maintain FDACS ID Card Holder.

• QualityPro Certification within the first 90 days of employment.

• Certified FDACS Operator License (Preferred)

• Certified Pest Control Technician (Preferred)
