Technical Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Business Analyst to lead product and platform modernization initiatives for large-scale enterprise systems. This role blends strong business analysis, technical leadership, and product management expertise, with a focus on Agile delivery, non-functional requirements, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis and product ownership activities for platform modernization and enterprise product initiatives.
• Drive roadmapping, backlog management, and outcome tracking in Agile delivery environments.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership, ensuring clarity of requirements and delivery goals.
• Own and define non-functional requirements (NFRs) including performance, scalability, security, DR/BCP, and production readiness.
• Support release planning, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness for critical business systems.
• Engage directly with clients on-site and support executive-level communication and reporting.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud, data, and platform capabilities.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience as a Technical Lead Business Analyst.
• 8-12+ years of overall experience in product management, platform modernization, or enterprise-scale systems.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven expertise in backlog management, roadmapping, and outcome-driven delivery.
• Solid understanding of NFRs, DR/BCP planning, and production readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments.
• Knowledge of Database Administration (DBMS) concepts.
• Experience working on digital transformation or cloud modernization programs.
