About the Job
Assists Patients, Organizations, Sales and the Pharmacy by performing the following duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures security of Protected Health Information as per HIPAA requirements.
- Answers incoming calls from 8A-5:30PM EST (hours subject to change based on business need).
- Resolve escalated issues utilizing AnazaoHealth's SOP.
- Outbound calls and other assignments within Customer Service as assigned.
- Works confirmation by triaging work to various work areas.
- Works in pharmacy on location as needed to meet business needs.
Set yourself apart
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Teams, and the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Active/current Pharmacy Technician License required. Registration(s) required by state in which pharmacy is located.
Working Conditions
- This position requires sitting for extended periods of time including majority of shifts.
- This position requires looking at a computer and typing for the majority of shift.
- This position is a remote position but is subject to change based on business need.
- Employees will be required to read small print.
- Employee will be required to provide a HIPPA compliant work area.
