Job Description:

• Demonstrates excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills for a diverse population.
• Educates, validates, and ensures accountability of all Patient experience tactics.
• Participates and ensures that rounding for outcomes occur daily.
• Manages and supervises day-to-day operations with the help of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and designated staff.
• Liaises with all divisions hospital-wide and regionally.

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:

• Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy Required

Work Experience:

• 3+ years acute care rt experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Active and Current NBRC License as a Certified/Registered Respiratory Therapist through the National Board of Respiratory Care [Required]
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Preferred] • NBRC Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialty (RRT-NPS) [Preferred]

$31.55 - $58.69
