Essential Position Functions
- Maintains camper safety
- Responsible for assisting with activities that correspond to the camp theme
- Mentoring campers and teen volunteers
- Assist with group and individual camper behavior and challenges
- Assists with maintaining a proper classroom environment
- Assists with light office work and other duties as assigned
Education Requirements and Technical Skills
- Interest in biology, environmental science, marine science, outdoor education or elementary education
- Camp experience
- Customer service skills preferred
- Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
- Lifeguarding certification preferred
