Staffing & Compliance Coordinator

Checkmate Pizza, LLC (dba Domino's) is one of the largest Domino's Pizza franchisees in the Eastern United States with 90 stores and growing. We are currently seeking a detail-driven and people-focused Staffing & Compliance Coordinator to support our growing network of stores and support one of our the three the Director of Operations in their supervision of their stores.
Position Summary
This position is a full time office based position in our corporate office near Tampa International Airport/Westshore neighborhood.
Core Responsibilities
Maintain and update store staffing needs matrix. Place online employment ads based on store staffing needs. Screen applications and schedule interviews with qualified candidates. Update shared store calendars with scheduled interviews.
Run and review Criminal Background Checks (CBC) and Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) to ensure candidates meet Checkmate's hiring standards. Track and follow up on pending or failed screenings, escalating concerns as needed.
Audit bad order logs to confirm proper store-level cancellation procedures and manage and contest credit card chargebacks.
Monitor and manage the company forms and reports to ensure submitted forms and reports are in compliance and are properly completed..
Review customer complaints and forward to district management.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations in support of store operations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with high-volume hiring and screening tools
Highly organized and tech-savvy with strong communication and follow-through who is able to work independently.
Prior Domino's or multi-unit retail/restaurant experience, human relations or administrative management experience preferred but not requested.
