In this role, you will:
- Own: Take ownership of financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Define: Clearly define and implement accounting policies and procedures to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop: Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes.
- Deliver: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Communicate: Effectively communicate financial information to internal stakeholders and contribute to decision-making processes.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
- Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
You may be a good fit if you have these additional skills and/or educational background:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is a plus.
