Role: Staff Accountant Location: Tampa, FL / Remote Duration: Long Term Responsibilities • You manage the timely processing of bank transactions, accruals, capex, revenue and leasing transactions, intercompany transactions and other accounting entries with the team • Perform monthly Construction in Progress (CIP) percentage complete calculations and reviews • Month-end accounting activities for a JV, or set of JV's • Ad-Hoc projects • Perform monthly balance sheet and profit and loss reviews • Continuously drive for improvement in quality and efficiency in new processes and systems to enhance the workflow of the team • Work with an entrepreneurial team spirit Accountabilities • Prepares and posts journal entries • Performs flux analysis as well as ad hoc deliverables • Prepares reconciliations for: • Revenue/leasing • Fixed Assets/CIP • Other Balance Sheet accounts • Work with upstream data owners and cross-functional teams to support accounting activities Thanks &amp; Regards, Satish Kesap 408-675-5095
