Job location: Miami, FL Position is hybrid Requirements <ul><li>12+ years of experience in banking / credit / financial services</li><li>3+ years of experience as a Product Owner</li><li>Exposure to underwriting, servicing, or credit workflows</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and client needs in the lending space</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments</li><li>Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.</li><li>Highly desirable fluency in Portuguese or Spanish</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance or a related field</li></ul>
