Role description

Title: Solution Architect - Gen AI

Location: Irving, Tx / Tampa, FL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in an engineering and architectural role in Cash Management, Intra-day Liquidity, Payments, Financial Ledger, Regulatory reporting areas in Financial Services
  • 7+ years' experience in leading large scale enterprise architecture initiatives within banking, financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of banking systems, financial services platforms, core banking, data platforms, market infrastructure providers, and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong experience in architecting enterprise level distributed systems.
  • Lead architecture governance process including architecture review boards, technology assessments, and conformance to key design principles
  • World-class expertise in building GenAI led business solves, with a proven track record of designing and delivering business solutions, platforms, Products.
  • Deep and authoritative knowledge of Generative AI, including LLMs, and extensive experience architecting and working with technology teams in building complex, production-grade Agentic solutions.
  • Ability to define and articulate new architectural options and strategies to solve complex business and technical problems.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to AI, including opportunities, risks, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience working on large technology projects using industry-standard delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience working in enterprise architect and technology strategy roles
  • Contribute to the architectural design discussions and decisions for new features and system enhancements.
  • Implement inter-service communication patterns (e.g., message queues, Kafka, distributed caching, event streams) within a microservices ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the development of AI-driven features or enhancements within the application landscape.
  • Integrate AI/Machine Learning models and services into existing microservices and applications
  • Ability to develop working relationships
  • Management and prioritization skills
  • Strong decision making, forward thinking and creative problem-solving skills to anticipate and respond quickly to technological/market influences
  • TOGAF Certification is required.
