Our SERVERS are responsible for educating our guests on the ordering process, and food and drink menus, while?offering a fun and friendly guest experience. As a server, you are expected to be able to bounce around effortlessly from guest interaction, maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, and help other team members. THE BASICS
  • Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values
  • Get to know our menu items from the inside out
  • Connect with guests at each table and anticipate their needs
  • Be well verse in our menu to make suggestions to the customers on food and drinks to help with the guest experience.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality
  • Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant
  • Perform additional opening/ closing/ mid shift responsibilities, as needed, to keep the restaurant stocked, clean, and looking?beautiful.

PRE-REQs
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Available to work late nights
  • Passion for food and people
  • Awesome, Energetic Attitude and personality
  • Be willing to take direction and work both independently and with a team
  • Be able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily, or as needed
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Reliable Transportation to and from work
  • Able to tolerate potential food allergens
