Job Description:

Schedule: Nights

• Other duties as assigned. Follows CDC guidelines for sterile technique and isolation, demonstrates appropriate use of PPE, performs hand hygiene according to policy, and enforces safety regulations.
• Manages and intervenes appropriately for the patient with current venous access issues, including prioritization, appropriate venous access choice for age, therapy, and any current complication's impact on the needs for IV therapy.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• EKG (based on patient population; see document EKG and Advanced Life Support Requirements) [Preferred]• CRNI [Preferred]
Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

• Vascular Access Board Certified (VA-BC) [Preferred]
