We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Records Research Technicians to support a project focused on reviewing and scanning historical infrastructure data across Florida. In this role, you will travel to designated client offices to review information about historical infrastructure.

What You'll Do
  • Visit client offices, review historical asset data and scan documents for project team to process
  • Accurately input and submit collected data in a timely manner
  • Follow project guidelines to ensure completeness and quality of data
  • Communicate progress, issues and any challenges to the project team

What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently in an office-based environment
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Basic proficiency with smartphones or tablets for data entry
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Preferred (Not Required)
  • Prior experience in natural gas or other utility industries
  • Familiarity with records research

Compensation & Schedule
  • Competitive hourly (based on experience)
