Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression for clients, visitors, and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk area, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain an up-to-date visitor log and issue visitor badges as necessary.

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer service focus.
