Responsibilities

As a Production Partner, you will work directly within the team environment to help convert opportunities into closed transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Core Responsibilities
• Follow up with inbound leads quickly and consistently
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations
• Show homes and attend listing appointments
• Write and negotiate contracts
• Manage transactions from contract to close alongside operations support
• Host open houses and prospect for new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM and database communication
• Build and nurture relationships within your pipeline
• Participate in team training, accountability meetings, and coaching sessions
• Deliver high-level communication and client service throughout the transaction process
• Work collaboratively with leadership, operations, and marketing support staff

Experience
• Real estate experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and attitude matter more than ego or years in the business
