Responsibilities

• Attend buyer and seller appointments
• Convert leads into signed clients
• Guide clients through the home-buying and selling process
• Follow proven sales systems and scripts
• Participate in training, coaching, and accountability sessions
• Build relationships and provide exceptional client service
• Negotiate contracts and help clients successfully close transactions

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable with a growth mindset
• Motivated to increase production and income
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Newly licensed agents and experienced agents are both encouraged to apply
