GLE is looking for a Program Manager to join our growing Construction Consulting Services team. This senior-level role will lead projects, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and provide technical oversight across a variety of building assessment and consulting services.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage construction consulting projects from proposal through completion
- Provide senior technical review of reports including Property Condition Assessments (PCA), Plan and Cost Review (PCR), HUD Capital Needs Assessments (CNA), and Pay App Inspections
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors
- Review contracts, prepare proposals, and support project strategy
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, billings, and collections
- Mentor and support technical staff development and training
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and client expectations are met
- Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to execute projects successfully
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) preferred
- 10+ years of project management, architecture, engineering, or related experience
- Experience with building systems, property assessments, and applicable building codes
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA, FHA, UFAS, ANSI) preferred
- Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel and perform field/site inspections
- Valid driver's license required
