Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships to coordinate logistics, manage schedules, handle documentation and communication, track progress, and support the growth of business relationships, non-credit programs, and strategic partnerships. Provides administrative assistance to business development and partnership-related activities, including coordinating the master calendar, managing program registrations, organizing partner communication and contact reports, cataloging CEUs, preparing marketing materials, arranging travel, and supporting stewardship communications. Collaborates with college and campus partners to ensure clear communication and effective program execution.
  • Provides administrative and logistical support for executive and professional program-related events, conferences, summits, and other activities. Assists with event timelines, budgets, marketing and promotion, registration tracking, room reservations, travel, and hotel arrangements, preparing and tracking invitations and responses, guest lists, coordinating caterers and other vendors, technology support, volunteer management, and on-site staffing support as directed. Serves as a point of contact for logistical questions from internal partners, vendors, and participants, ensuring details are communicated clearly and executed accurately in support of program objectives. Travel to program delivery sites is expected.
  • Implements and tracks the fulfillment of sponsorship benefits for corporate sponsors and partners, including maintaining accurate records of agreements, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure that promised benefits, such as recognition, signage, and engagement opportunities, are delivered on time. Collaborates with college and external stakeholders to gather materials, coordinate logistics, and improve sponsor stewardship. Prepares reports to monitor progress and guarantee alignment with sponsorship commitments.
  • Establishes and maintains partnerships with Wertheim College colleagues and other stakeholders to enhance program quality. Coordinates with DeSantis Center colleagues to ensure effective program delivery. Collaborates with the college's academic, marketing, engagement, and advancement teams to coordinate programs, communication, and recordkeeping. Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent and six years of relevant experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)
