In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales process by assisting customers with product inquiries, managing inventory records, and coordinating with the sales and marketing departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by providing product information and answering inquiries promptly and accurately
• Support the sales team in processing orders and preparing sales documentation
• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels
• Coordinate with marketing and sales departments to arrange product promotions and events
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review
