Location: Tampa, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $80K to $110K/year DOE plus full benefits
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify pain points, mobility issues, and functional limitations
- Build individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and movement training
- Reassess patient progress and update treatment plans when needed
- Educate patients on home exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before start
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- New graduates may be considered with strong clinical rotations
