Seeking a Performance Tester with hands-on experience in ERP/CRM applications, performance testing tools, and cloud/container environments. The candidate will design, execute, and analyze tests to ensure applications meet performance and scalability requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance test scripts using JMeter/Blazemeter; optionally LoadRunner/StormRunner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance objectives and workload models.
- Monitor system performance using APM tools such as Datadog, AppInsights, Grafana.
- Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to development and operations teams.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration for automated performance testing.
- Simulate realistic user behavior and load scenarios to ensure production-like testing.
Required Skills & Experience
- Performance testing expertise with JMeter / Blazemeter (mandatory).
- Familiarity with LoadRunner / StormRunner (preferred).
- Experience with APM tools (Datadog, AppInsights, Grafana).
- Knowledge of cloud/container environments (e.g., Azure, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- ERP / CRM domain experience, especially Oracle applications.
- Integration of performance tests in automation pipelines.
