About the Role:
The Patient Services Data Analyst supports nursing and patient services leadership through data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring that drive operational excellence and informed decision-making. This role partners closely with the nursing leadership to provide analytic support for strategic initiatives, care model transformations, and nursing workflow integration across the health system.

About the Role:
The Patient Services Data Analyst supports nursing and patient services leadership through data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring that drive operational excellence and informed decision-making. This role partners closely with the nursing leadership to provide analytic support for strategic initiatives, care model transformations, and nursing workflow integration across the health system.
Your role within the team:
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for nursing and patient services leaders
- Support system-wide projects, care model transformations, and operational initiatives through data-driven insights
- Source, validate, and organize data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Monitor quality, operational, and regulatory performance measures
- Collaborate with nursing, operational, and technical teams to support workflow integration and process improvement
- Present findings and recommendations that support leadership decision-making
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within established deadlines
Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate degree in a related field and four (4) years of data analysis experience; OR
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of data analysis experience
- Strong data analysis and reporting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred:
- Healthcare experience
- Familiarity with CMS guidelines, quality measures, and healthcare reporting
- Experience working with healthcare data systems and technology platforms
- Experience supporting operational, clinical, or nursing initiatives
