Patient Advocate Representative
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $22-$24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary (6-month assignment, end date 1/31/27)

What You'll Be Doing
- Engage with prospective patients via inbound and outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Educate and articulate the value of choosing our client's primary care services.
- Support outreach efforts at local health fairs, senior centers, churches, and community events.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Partner with the outreach team to meet patient conversion goals.
- Manage a steady pipeline of leads and ensure all communication is warm, informative, and professional.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage patients to schedule their preventative care visits.
What We Need From You
- 1-3 years of call center or outreach experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Great attitude & work ethic with excellent communication skills.
- Tech savvy - experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce a plus), and EMR systems (ECW preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
