RedSky is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead/Training Leadto join our team in support of Department of Defense. Responsibilities:
The OCM Lead/Training Lead is the person who ensures that every tool, process, and governance change the EKM program delivers is adopted by the workforce. The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will drive enterprise adoption of knowledge management, Microsoft 365, and data governance capabilities utilizing their skillset of structured methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent), training curriculum development and delivery for DoD audiences, and measurable adoption outcomes.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance
- Three (5)+ years of demonstrated use of a structured OCM framework (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter 8-Step, Bridges Transition Model, or equivalent)
- Three (5)+ years of leading or supporting organizational change management initiatives in DoD or federal environments
- Three (5)+ years of direct experience leading M365 collaboration tools and their adoption challenges; Teams governance rollout, SharePoint migration change support, Copilot readiness, or Power Platform adoption campaigns
- Three (5)+ years of experience designing and delivering training curricula to diverse audiences via instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended formats; preferably to military and/or DoD audiences
- Ability to support distributed teams across time zones
- Firm understanding of how SOF units consume information and make decisions
Preferences:
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional)
