Summary of PositionThe Maritime Business Development team analyzes and creates proposals to Top Management aligned with the group's Latin America strategy and project manage launch of products, within regional scope.This role reports to Maritime Business Development Sr. Director and has two main objectives:Conduct profit and loss analysis to develop CMA CGM's market share and profit growth in LATAM region. Such growth is achieved through new or existing maritime services.Conduct market and CMA CGM performance analysis that supports decision making of operational and strategic teams.

- Identify new target markets through market analysis, competition benchmarking
- Perform profit & loss analyses for new maritime service developments
- Create high-impact dashboards/webpages/tools using AI to streamline market analyses and CMA CGM performance analyses- Conduct ad hoc market research
- Assist with creating data reports & presentations to/for top management
- Skills, knowledge and Abilities, Required:-
- Bachelor's degree or graduating by Spring 2027 with major in business, analytics, or similar field-
- Proficiency with Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint-
- Strong analytical skills & financial acumen
- Skills, knowledge and Abilities, Preferred:-
- MBA or Masters in related discipline
- Knowledge of maritime transportation industry
- Fluent in Spanish and or French
