JOB SUMMARY:
Manage development and enhancements of Trade marketing initiatives for Regent Seven Seas Cruises across multiple audiences in the US and Canada including Travel Partners, Field Sales, Business Development, National Accounts and Strategic Account teams. Collaborate on the Trade Advertising plans and execution, Email Communications, Manage Promo Toolkits and Launches, Sales Platform/Site Content and Sales Co-Op Marketing Support and Assets. Build and develop tools and strategies to drive results, streamline workflow, and enhance team capabilities with the overall goal of driving sales for Regent Seven Seas Cruises via our critical Travel Partner relationships.

JOB SUMMARY:

Build and develop tools and strategies to drive results, streamline workflow, and enhance team capabilities with the overall goal of driving sales for Regent Seven Seas Cruises via our critical Travel Partner relationships.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Email Communications: Own email communications strategy with a goal of informing our Travel Advisor community of RSSC's promotions, tools, newsworthy announcements, insights, and launches to help them sell. Partner closely with Email team to implement best practices while maintaining clean lists and delivering upon optimal KPIs.
- Trade Advertising: Collaborate with team and with media agency to manage and plan annual B2B advertising plan with an intent to increase awareness for RSSC in the Trade while keeping Regent top of mind for our loyal advisors. Develop robust reporting to analyze performance of each placement with a goal of optimizing investments and messaging to increase sales.
- Toolkits & Launches: Lead development of B2B marketing assets for the Trade to leverage while promoting Regent's promotions and new product launches.
- Sales Co-Op Marketing Support: Collaborate with Sales team to develop creative assets and marketing materials for use against Regent's annual marketing plans with Trade Partners.
- Collaborate closely with the entire North America RSSC Sales team to understand Travel Agency Partner marketing needs; Create and maintain strong and positive relationships with the Sales team by engaging with each channel on a regular basis.
- Develop and manage the execution of all Travel Partner collateral projects including brochures and direct mail programs.
- Support Sales with presentation decks and event creative needs including booth development, collateral, and marketing incentives.
- Develop solid and comprehensive project briefs that provide clear direction on content and product information for in-house graphic design and production teams.
- Manage Trade Marketing internal DM programs (Imprint, National Accounts, Co-ops) with responsibility for reporting results; Provide recommendations to improve leads and conversions.
- Identify and leverage new technologies, increasing marketing automation and efficiency of operations to focus resources on the most valuable marketing and sales activities.
- Maintain an effective partnership with outside vendors to ensure proper levels of marketing collateral are available, up-to-date, and delivered to consumers and Travel Partners in a timely manner.
- Develop consistent reporting for Email, Direct Mail, Print and platform engagement in order to optimize current programs and develop support for launching new initiatives with a goal of driving sales.
- Perform other job-related functions as needed.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising or related field of study
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing (Corporate or agency).
- Cruise or travel experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong relationship skills are important for this role.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have strong interpersonal and team centric management skills.
- Flawless execution and overall quality assurance of marketing collaterals generated, including proofreading, editing and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong work ethic, exceptional organization skills and strong project management to ensure deadlines are met.
