Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle maintenance needs for the community, including work orders, emergency calls, repairs, and preventative upkeep.
- Prepare vacant units to rent-ready condition through repairs, cleaning, and system checks.
- Maintain property areas such as pools, amenity spaces, grounds, and equipment, keeping everything clean, orderly, and functional.
- Communicate with residents professionally by addressing requests, resolving issues quickly, and supporting community events.
- Organize and document work by keeping the shop stocked, logging service requests, and tracking contractor performance.
- Support overall operations by following company policies, assisting with budgets, and performing light cleaning when needed.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bring 1-3 years' maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting skills; apartment maintenance background preferred.
- Hold or obtain refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) within 90 days and maintain a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs, moving 75-300+ lb appliances with a hand truck, climbing 40-ft ladders, and performing repairs requiring bending, kneeling, and extended exertion.
- Move heavy equipment and appliances across units, up stairs, and within laundry rooms for repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Handle structural and equipment repairs involving materials or machines often exceeding 100-300 lbs, including grills, exercise equipment, golf carts, and security gates.
- Perform in-unit upgrade tasks such as installing lighting or ceiling fans using ladders while lifting and working overhead.

- Expected pay range of $23.00/hour-$25.00/hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job
