This is an onsite position with a competitive pay range of $25-$29 per hour. You will work around plant equipment, pumps, motors, tanks, mixers, hoses, hydraulics, trailers, and related support equipment. The role is primarily hydraulic and mechanical, with some basic electrical troubleshooting as needed. What Would You Do as a Maintenance Mechanic
As a Maintenance Mechanic, your day will focus on keeping equipment safe, clean, and operational. You will perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and hands-on troubleshooting for production and support equipment. Common work may include checking pumps, hoses, fittings, bearings, belts, chains, valves, cylinders, motors, trailers, and small equipment.
You will help diagnose mechanical and hydraulic issues, make repairs when possible, and communicate clearly when additional support or outside service is needed. You may also assist with general plant upkeep, equipment cleaning, part replacement, lubrication, and maintenance records. Some work may be physical, dirty, hot, or outdoors, so comfort working in a real manufacturing environment is important.
Training will be provided on our specific equipment and processes. We are looking for someone dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn the equipment over time.
Does This Sound Like You?
To succeed in this role, you should have strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance practices. Experience with hydraulics, pumps, hoses, fittings, bearings, belts, trailers, welding, fabrication, small engines, or production equipment is helpful.
You do not need to be a master electrician, but basic electrical comfort is a plus, such as checking switches, wiring, relays, motors, lights, or simple power issues. Most importantly, you should be someone who can troubleshoot, stay organized, work safely, and take pride in keeping equipment running.
