The individual in this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment for all dealership associates and customers. This includes the upkeep of all buildings as well as the entire property grounds.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance and janitorial tasks efficiently.
- Maintain facilities through cleaning, organizing, and replacing materials.
- Perform minor carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
- Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor furniture, sidewalks, driveways, and entryways.
- Perform pressure cleaning and sweeping as needed.
- Plan painting projects, estimate material needs, and handle purchasing.
- Take initiative to complete duties without direct supervision.
- Assist building managers in emergency situations and follow all safety procedures.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and tools used in custodial and maintenance work.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
