JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-scale mainframe applications. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Application Development:
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, Assembler, and related technologies.
• System Maintenance & Support:
• Ensure smooth operation of central processing systems by implementing updates, fixes, and enhancements.
• Testing & Debugging:
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability and quality.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with business analysts, system engineers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain technical design documents, specifications, user guides, and support documentation.
• Performance Tuning:
• Analyze and optimize application performance for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
