Job Summary
Maintain building and grounds in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. Duties include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and communication of needed supplies or support.

Duties include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and communication of needed supplies or support.
Essential Duties
- Maintain and clean facilities flooring, walls, furniture, equipment, supplies, etc.
- Confer with co-workers to coordinate maintenance or cleaning activities.
- Maintain equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Dispose of trash or waste materials.
- Monitor and maintain facility premises to ensure employee and/or visitor safety.
- Control grounds maintenance and equipment as needed.
- Remove debris from work sites.
- Prepare chemicals for work application.
- Maintains lot inventory for the dealership under guidance of the management.
- Perform a variety of duties as it relates to the maintenance and service of vehicles
- Assist with deliveries when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Team player with a great attitude
- Organized
- Applicants must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to work outdoors
