What You Will Do

You will sell life insurance products by phone to seniors who have already expressed interest through a seminar, membership, or direct inquiry. This is consultative selling to warm prospects, not high-pressure dialing into cold lists.
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to engaged prospects.
  • Build rapport with seniors, identify needs, and walk them through coverage options.
  • Handle objections and close sales over the phone.
  • Complete applications accurately for compliant submissions.
  • Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Consistent lead flow supports you in hitting your activity and sales goals.

What You Bring
  • Active Florida 2-14 or 2-15 license, or the ability to obtain prior to start.
  • 1+ year of insurance sales, senior market sales, phone sales, or call center sales experience.
  • Final expense or senior market experience is a plus, but not required - we train on the product.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong phone presence, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and compliance standards such as TCPA and DNC.
