PAY STRUCTURE:
  • Up to $79,000 - Maximum pay is based on 30 clients a week over a 50-week period.
  • End of year Discretionary Bonuses!

EXPECTED HOURS:
  • 5 - 30 clients per week. There is no required number of clients to be seen each week.

Responsibilities

• Provides mental health and/or substance use counseling services according to APA and ACA ethical standards and in accordance with policies and procedures
• Reviews and responds to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner (within 24 hours or next available business day)
• Maintains ongoing chart audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance of services provided
• Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing community resources as supportive services
• Serves as a liaison for the client, family, referral source, and other social service agencies
• Ability to report to work as scheduled, in a timely fashion, and with an attitude oriented toward service
• Commitment to working with clients from diverse cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds
• Must successfully complete all criminal background checks annually

Qualifications

• Experience in providing mental health and/or substance use counseling services in line with APA and ACA ethical standards.
• Ability to respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence within 24 hours or the next available business day.
• Proven track record of maintaining ongoing chart audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in utilizing community resources as supportive services for clients.
• Experience serving as a liaison among clients, families, referral sources, and other social service agencies.
• Ability to report to work as scheduled, demonstrating a service-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to working with clients from diverse cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment for all individuals and families served.
