- Monday-Friday schedule
- No weekends
- Occasional overnight travel with hotel provided
- Lead bathroom installation projects from start to finish
- Supervise and support crew members on-site
- Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule
- Communicate job progress with operations
- Complete final walkthroughs and project photos
- Strong plumbing experience required
- License preferred
- 3+ years of construction/remodeling experience
- 1+ year of acrylic bath system experience preferred
- Previous crew leadership experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to travel overnight as needed in Florida
