Instructional Support Responsibilities:
-Assist teachers with implementing classroom lessons and instructional activities
-Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce academic skills
-Support reading, writing, mathematics, and other subject-area instruction
-Assist with classroom technology and educational materials
-Help prepare instructional resources, lesson materials, and classroom displays
-Provide accommodations and modifications for students as directed by the teacher

Student Support & Supervision:
-Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, recess, bus duty, and other school functions
-Support student behavior management and classroom expectations
-Assist students with organization, task completion, and engagement
-Help maintain a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment
-Support students social-emotional and behavioral development
