Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented sales professional to help grow our commercial HVAC project business. This position focuses on delivering a full range of HVAC solutions, including design-build installations, system retrofits, equipment replacements, and energy efficiency improvements.

In this role, you'll partner with clients to evaluate their goals and challenges, delivering tailored solutions that improve performance, comfort, and long-term operational value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for system upgrades, replacements, and new installations
  • Create and present detailed proposals outlining scope of work, pricing, and project timelines
  • Work closely with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and advancements in HVAC technology
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets while contributing to overall company objectives
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven success in HVAC sales, project-based sales, or a related technical sales field
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus
