Woundtech is seeking a full time HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and to assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties. This role helps facilitate HR processes, maintains records, and provides support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits administration and general office duties. This role will be based out of our Orlando, FL headquarters.

HR Assistant Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Assist in the preparation and execution of HR reports and presentations
• Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence
• Assist in organizing HR events such as trainings, employee recognition programs, and staff meetings
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• Assist in all aspects of the offboarding process of employees
• Travel planning to support Traveling Providers (flights, hotels, etc)

Office Assistant Responsibilities:
• Basic on-site IT assistance for in-person meetings and conferences
• Responsible for Marketing Supplies, including Ordering and Receiving Items, Maintaining Inventory and Filling Requests
• Responsible for Medical Supplies including Ordering Specialized Medical Supplies (Silver Nitrate, etc.), Receiving Supplies from terminating Clinicians, Maintaining Inventory and Filling Requests for New Clinicians
• Responsible for Reviewing and Distributing Correspondence received in the On-line Lockboxes and On-site Mailbox Daily
• Coordinating On-site meetings and trainings, including hospitality, and ensuring office supplies, marketing supplies and/or medical supplies are available, and the office is well-maintained and orderly

Role Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of administrative or HR experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
