Review and evaluate new instructional applicants and current instructional employees to determine eligibility for teaching positions.
Maintain current knowledge of certification requirements, rules, statutes, and LCTA contract language.
Responsible for onboarding process for all newly hired instructional employees and coaches.
Process instructional Personnel Action Requests (PARs) received from school sites, including but not limited to transfers, changes in hours, terminations, resignations, non-reappointments, reappointments, out-of-field forms, supplements and bonuses, hourly assignments, and summer school appointments.
Submit issue requests to the Florida Department of Education (DOE) for LCS instructional staff and process certification renewals and add-on certification requests.
Process instructional reappointments, ensuring required and valid certification is held.
Respond to inquiries regarding certification, employment status, years of experience, and contract provisions as they pertain to instructional employees.

Detail-oriented and highly organized professional with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Must be able to multitask effectively and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience with FileBound, Skyward, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and familiarity with DOE requirements for educators is preferred.
