Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Day shifts, some projects may require evening shift. (Weekends as needed scheduled with notice)

Key Responsibilities of the General Superintendent include:
- Oversee and coordinate the installation of sheet metal systems in commercial construction projects
- Manage a team of sheet metal mechanics
- Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
- Maintain the highest quality standards in the work performed
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
- Works with pre-construction, project management, and operations to forecast manpower needs and schedule accordingly
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless integration of sheet metal systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of progress and completion of projects
Qualified candidates will have:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred)
- 10+ years of experience as a sheet metal superintendent or similar role in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal installation and fabrication techniques
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal codes and regulations
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team of other mechanics
- Must have a valid driver's license
