The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to interpret complex financial information to drive company growth and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct financial modeling to evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and business performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with different departments to optimize financial planning and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting principles.
- Assist in risk assessment and financial controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required by management.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus.
