In this role, you will be responsible for performing commercial maintenance and repair projects across multiple locations, delivering exceptional service to our clients. work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
• Complete each job fully or implement temporary solutions when necessary.
• Ensure punctuality for all appointments and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and team members, responding to tasks and requests in a timely manner.
• Provide your own basic tools and ensure you have reliable, well-maintained transportation for travel between job sites.
• Represent the company in a professional manner by maintaining a clean, presentable uniform and appearance.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong commitment to completing tasks with the highest quality standards.
• Must be available for on-call duties after hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to respond to emergency situations.
• Must own a smartphone and have basic computer skills (e.g., uploading photos, sending emails and texts).
• Preferred experience with a range of commercial repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, ceiling tiles/grids, floor tiles, and painting.
