Allegro Hyde Park is hiring a Full-Time Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant to join our dining team in one of Tampa's most vibrant senior living communities. With a consistent Tuesday-Saturday schedule and an early Saturday finish, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady full-time hours without working Sunday or Monday.
No experience required - just a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
Your Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday | 2:00pm-10:00pm
Saturday | 8:00am-3:00pm
Sunday & Monday always off!

What You'll Do:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, flatware, and utensils to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment throughout every shift
- Support the culinary team with basic food prep and kitchen tasks as needed
- Restock dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies throughout the shift
- Be a dependable, team-first presence in a busy, well-run kitchen
What You Bring:
- Prior back-of-house or kitchen experience - a plus but not required
- Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- No certifications required

The primary responsibility of the Kitchen Assistant is to set tables, bus tables, wash dishes, assist the Cook as needed, and complete cleaning duties.
Areas of Responsibility
- Thoroughly wash all dishes, cookware, flatware, and utensils.
- Properly maintain all dishwashing equipment.
- Work as part of the Dining Services team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen.
- Help contribute to high quality Dining Services operations by paying attention to food presentation and taste, and courteous responses to residents and associates during meal service.

Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must have an awareness of safety practices.
- Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
- The Community is a drug free workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) months food service (or related field) preferred.
