What qualifications you will need:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN highly preferred
• 5+ years RN experience in trauma, emergency services or critical care required
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice and/or active compact license, in accordance with laws and regulation required
• Current American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS; ACLS required
• ENPCORPALS; TNCCORATC required

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the VP Operations
The candidate MUST have experience in leading and managing a trauma program. Strong and proven trauma leadership skills are essential.
Position Directly Supervises: Trauma Nurse Educator/Injury Prevention, Trauma PI RN, Trauma Registrar, Administrative Assistant
General Comments
Salary Estimate: Mid-Range for Perm: $145K
(Eligible Incentive Bonus of 15%)
Sign-On Bonus: Case by Case Basis
Relocation: Case by Case Basis
