JOB SUMMARY:
The Station Development Service Representative is responsible for handling emergency and non-emergency service calls, dispatching service contractors, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. This role requires maintaining detailed records of dispatch activities, monitoring work orders, and coordinating with vendors to track service progress. The representative will communicate with supervisors and managers to address issues, schedule preventative maintenance, process invoices, and generate service reports.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- One year Dispatch experience or other relevant experience
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
- Arrive to work on time, consistently
- Upon entering the property, arrive in business attire in crisp, clean and in good repair.
- Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval
- Attend all required training, office and departmental meetings
- Receive emergency and non-emergency service calls and record significant information. After hours, on call rotation will be required
- Dispatch the appropriate service contractors to the job site
- Log and update all dispatch details, including those provided by the service technicians
- Speaking with supervisors or managers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
- Monitor and follow up with service vendors on work orders and ETA and resolution statuses
- Update and inform the supervisor/manager of the work order status and service ETA.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Manage and schedule preventative maintenance
- Receiving and processing invoices
- Prepare weekly and/or monthly service reports
- Perform any additional tasks requested or assigned by the Vice President - Station Development.
